Kris’s experience in the dental laboratory industry began as a youth working in his fathers dental laboratory. He attended J Sergeant Reynolds College, graduating Summa Cum laude with a degree in Applied Science with a major in dental laboratory technology. His interest was working with acetal resins and other thermoplastic dental materials and later was a consultant for CDM Dental, performing research and development testing working extensively developing new materials, instruments and techniques for removable prosthodontics. Kris now holds several patents and patent pendings in the dental industry. He earned NADL’s Harry Hagman Inventor of the year award; some of his products were voted best new product by the readers of LMT. He has lectured and taught clinics throughout the US as well as internationally.
